Section 1 - Statement of Management Fees

Portfolio Valuation
The market value of your total account as of the date shown.

Per annum
This is synonymous with per year.

For The Period Of
Displays the period of time that the management fee will cover. Typically, each quarterly bill is for the next three (3) months in advance. For example, a management fee assessed on June 30th, will cover the months of July, August, and September. Should a withdrawal take place during this time period, clients will be shown a credit on their next billing period.

Quarterly Management Fee
Annual management fee divided into quarterly installment. Management fees are assessed at the end of each calendar quarter (3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/31). Management fees are charged as a fixed percentage of the account's total value as of the date shown on the report. Each quarterly billing is made three (3) months in advance of the previous quarter. See "For The Period Of" above for additional reference. Note, performance-based fee options may be available to qualified investors.

Pro-Rated Fees
If a client starts within a calendar quarter (see "Quarterly Management Fee" above), management fees will be charged for that portion of a quarter in which the client's account was under management. For example: If a client starts on May 31st, the statement of management fees will reference a pro-rated period of 30 days out of the 90 days quarter (as the client received management services from June 1st through June 30th).

Total Due and Payable
The total fees due and payable for the calendar quarter.
